A little about us:
The DSP Account Strategy team is part of Sales. The team consists of Account Strategists who manage and optimize Yahoo and AOL Programmatic Display, Video, Native and Mobile campaigns across the house of brands, helping advertisers meet and exceed performance goals. A lot about you Leveraging our best-in-class DSP platform, the Account Strategist proactively recommends optimizations to frequency caps, targeting criteria, audience segments, creative, landing pages and supply sources across Display, Video, Native and Mobile.

• “Own” a set of our highest-value Programmatic advertiser accounts together with your Sales counterparts from pre-sale, campaign set-up and optimization
• Work independently to identify, prioritize and provide necessary service and proactive advice for improvement of assigned accounts either through best practice implementation, account analysis, and/or category expertise
• Work directly with advertisers at all levels of their organization helping to identify opportunities and promote behavior that grows spend and ensures long-term client success with Yahoo and AOL Audience, Video, Native and Mobile Ads. This can include daily interaction as well as preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly senior executive presentations
• Be an expert with respect to Yahoo and AOL Audience, Video, Native and Mobile Ads optimization opportunities and be able to communicate these to all levels of our advertisers’ organizations
• Be an expert in at least one of Company’s core advertising verticals or agency partners, helping to drive thinking around that industry, share best practices and be a resource to other members of the organization with respect to that category
• Continually drive new thinking with respect to management of Display, Video, Native and Mobile campaigns, including development of best practices, development of new analytical techniques, industry-specific insights, etc.

• Minimum of Bachelor level degree with preference for marketing, advertising, or a related field
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience providing strategic marketing advice either within a blue-chip company or as part of an agency
• Strong understanding of all facets of digital marketing, best practice campaign development and management, and a willingness to continue to stay contemporary on trends within the industry
• Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through the use of analytics, category expertise and critical thinking
• Excellent communications skills, with an ability to “think on your feet”
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional environment, leading change amongst peers and senior management
• Experience servicing and/or consulting in a vendor/client relationship
• Knowledge of broad marketing & advertising trends and frameworks
