The preferred location for this position is Minnetonka, MN.  Candidates that would telecommute will also be considered.  If you telecommute, you'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Leader in the Specialty Benefits HealthCare Economics team, focused on dental and vision products
  • Lead on medical cost trend analysis (including drill down into data to identify trend drivers and cost savings opportunities) and report out findings at quarterly review meetings with business leaders
  • Detailed medical cost forecasting
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and planning processes
  • Lead monthly reserve processes
  • Interaction/support of others in the organization (finance, network pricing, product pricing, underwriting, clinical operations)
  • Complete ad hoc affordability projects as needed
