Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provides general administrative support in a fast-paced office environment in order to drive company success. The candidate should have an understanding of general office procedures.

Responsibilities:

  •     Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  •     Plan and schedule appointments and events
  •     Greet and assist onsite guests
  •     Answer inbound telephone calls
  •     Develop and implement organized filing systems
  •     Perform all other administrative/clerical tasks

Qualifications:

  •     Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  •     Strong organizational skills
  •     Ability to prioritize and multitask
  •     Strong MS Office and Excel experience
  •     Strong attention to detail
  •     ​Strong organizational skills
  •     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
