Robert Half Accountemps is recruiting an Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis for our Queens based client.
The Candidate will be responsible for handling incoming telephone enquiries and assisting clients with billing or service-related issues, filing, packaging paperwork and handling outgoing mail, reconciling payments from the previous day and other duties of a routine administrative nature.
The applicant must possess 1+ years of related experience in Customer Service/ Office Administration, possess the ability to work closely within a team environment and should be able to learn and adapt to new processes easily.
This is an ongoing temporary role.
