Job Description Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain executive dashboards reporting on key metrics for the

    Project VP and other business units

  • Support new BI reporting functionality as well as support the development

    and improvement of new reporting

  • Interface with Project Directors to understand data needs and help build

    visualizations using the internal data warehouse

  • Analyze data sets using statistical techniques and effectively

    communicate trends and patterns that enhance the opportunities to the


  • Storytelling - Translate data and analysis into a story to help drive decisions

    across the organization

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with market trends past and present
  • Design new data collection models to better collect information
  • Utilize Power BI, PL/SQL Developer and other systems applications for

    dashboard report development

    Position Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in data warehousing, data modeling, querying data

    for analysis and building visualizations using Power BI

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft


  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to draw from numerical grounding to build data solutions that can

    drive powerful insights

  • Exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to simplify complex

    information for internal stakeholders

  • Time management skills to ensure deadlines are consistently achieved

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, or reports and identify trends or anomalies.

    - Support new reporting functionality as well as the development and improvement of new reporting.

    - Design new data collection models to better collect information.

    - Consult with leadership to identify data sources, required data elements, or data validation standards.

    - Analyze data sets using statistical techniques. Communicate trends and patterns that enhance the opportunities to the business.

    - Generate reports with market trends past and present.

    - Understand business data needs and design business intelligence solutions to facilitate data gathering, storage, and retrieval.

    Minimum Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in related field.

    - 3+ years of related experience.
