International policy firm located in Midtown is currently seeking a Community Manager/Conference Coordinator to join their busy team. This individual will be heavily involved in working with all behind-the-scenes conference/engagement organization and not just specifically “Events Management.” The Community Manager will be responsible for planning major meetings both domestically and overseas, negotiating with hotels and meeting sites, creating invitations, handling registration and maintaining databases and budgets and more!

Candidates must be self-starters, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across all areas of the company. Candidates must have a Bachelors’ degree (Ideally in International Affairs) Experience in non-profit organizations, member relations, or meeting planning will enhance an application.
