Key responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to: communication with contractors, on site presence and leadership mentality, planning and project coordination, time management for your team and personnel, and maintaining a proactive attitude conducive to a reliable and efficient work flow.
The ideal candidate for this position will have technical knowledge in the construction field, and be able to clearly and concisely express themself and lead a team. Strong interpersonal skills are a must and ability to get things done on time is essential.
A salary expectation between 100-140k depending on experience, compensation package, and great room for growth.
