Position Overview for the Coordination of Benefits Analyst:
- Investigate and verify third party liability coverage for Medicaid clients
- Research TPL coverage leads through web portals, phone calls, and other correspondence
- Respond to client research requests
- Operate in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for outbound calls to insurance carriers
- Utilize critical thinking skills to see trends and patterns in data
