Director of Growth Marketing
Overview
East Coast Start-up App (AI-powered technology) company with established venture of capital needs a Director of Growth Marketing with expertise in Start-up Tech Products, Beta Launches, Consumer App to Market and freemium and free trial programs.

In this role, you will work closely with the founders who have started numerous companies, raised over $20 million in venture capital and have 2 successful exits. You will also experience the startup culture and operational systems that helped produce several successful startups, including one worth $3 billion, one bought by Twitter, and one recently featured on TheEllenShow! Salary+ Equity, Full-time remote role.
About Role
Director of Growth will manager app using AI-powered technology to democratize personalized athletic instruction. Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for defining our marketing strategies, coordinating/executing growth plans, and optimizing our user acquisition.
About You

  • Brand marketing expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a startup mentality.
  • 5+ years' experience owning all aspects of marketing or growth for a successful, consumer-oriented
  • app.
  • Paid Social Media Marketing with a strong focus with Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Google.
  • Experience running an invite-only limited beta launch
  • Waitlist products like Clubhouse, RobinHood, Superhuman, etc.
  • Proven experience successfully bringing a consumer app to market
  • Direct experience implementing Freemium or Free Trial programs
  • Measuring and Optimizing multi-channel CAC, viral spread, and conversion
  • Experience with content-based cross-promotions with influencers
  • Background in equity crowdfunding a plus!
