As our Global Chief Technology Officer (GCTO), you will be a member of our global Executive Leadership Team and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This role will not only be an influencer to the Leadership Team, but will provide sound technical leadership in every aspect of our global business. You will own the alignment between our technology and our bold company objectives, leading a world-class technology team to deliver these ambitious outcomes.

What you’ll do

        Develop, execute and continuously improve our global technology strategy to achieve our ambitious goals

        Grow a high-performing Technology team that collaborates effectively across different functions and geographies

        Provide deep technology insights to the Executive Leadership Team and influence strategic business decisions

        Own the tech stack, engineering, and security that supports our game-changing suite of products

        Ensure platform stability and reliability to maintain optimal customer experiences, always

        Identify new and emerging technologies/trends, and bring ideas on how we can leverage them to continually innovative

        Develop cybersecurity strategy, auditing, system design, defense, detection, and drive security-aware behaviours across the business

Partner with our Product team to shape the roadmaps of our global products

What you’ll need

      Experience providing executive-level technology leadership on a global scale

      A background in developing and launching successful online/e-commerce products across B2B and B2C environments

      Deep expertise in developing evolutionary architecture strategies to optimise across all domains (covering enterprise, application, infrastructure, network, and data)

      Experience in scaling technology capability and leading high-performing teams across multiple geographies

      Ability to partner with global executives to drive innovation, improve customer metrics and grow revenue

      Understanding of the ongoing cybersecurity threats and actions required to mitigate risks

      Passion for working closely with product and customers
