Our client in Newark is need of an Admin Assist. Looking for someone that is detail oriented, good computer skills; will run report, enter data into their system and general administrative duties. Will support HR, thus ideally this person has experience in HR including: processing payroll, keeping track of PTO, help with monthly training meetings, establish quarterly meeting with service providers, assist in setting up interviews, physicals, I-9 checks, new hire applications. This candidate must have strong MS Word and Excel skills. Must be very detail oriented and well organized. Must be able to put info into the system, generate reports, understanding certain regulatory compliance and perform work for the owner.
This is a temp to hire position. Mon - Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm $40K-$45K.
