Description:
- Primary IT support resources for PC/Server, ERP, and shop-floor systems; analyses system issues and provides solutions; escalates system issues to Regional IT Manager or to Global/Regional IT teams
- Responsible for the daily operations of computer systems including system administration, security, process adherence and documentation equipment installation and system backup; installation and maintenance of equipment, application and o/s upgrades, patches, and new releases
- Develops the Plant IT Operating Plan; provides input into the Plant Profit Plan regarding IT expense and capital requirements
