Job Description/Responsibilities:
Project/skills:
* The Marketing Coordinator, Social, is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of best in class social marketing. This role acts as the key contact person for internal and community partners on communication/information flow and all key initiatives.
* The position requires strong collaboration, partnering with the broader marketing team to incorporate brand positioning, consumer insights, design and product strategies in all workstreams.

Organizational Leadership:
* Works in close partnership with all cross functional marketing partners to ensure alignment with seasonal and annual strategies.
* Good attention to detail and strong communication and planning skills, ensuring all social marketing is executed right first time.
* Operates with a customer centric lens, ensuring a consistent experience for the customer.

Key Responsibilities Experiences:
* 1-3 years in social media, digital marketing, advertising, PR, or Project Management.
* Highly organized with known attention to detail and accuracy.
* Passion for social media and/or brand storytelling - either personally or professionally.
* Experience with content management platforms a plus (e.g. Dash Hudson, Social Studio, Sprinklr, HootSuite, etc.).
* Experience as a community manager a plus.
* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
* Self-starter who can take direction and run with it.
* Proven team player; collaborative and passionate in your approach but able to work autonomously.
* Be passionately in tune with the latest social media updates and trends. Be on the cutting edge of the social media landscape.
