Adecco is working with a top fashion brand know for their fun and creative looks for a Producer to help with various projects. This is a 2-3 month position to assist the Director of Production on campaigns. If you meet the following qualifications Apply Today!
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with director of production to co-produce global seasonal campaigns including budgeting, contracts, and legal reviews
  • Own seasonal campaign job briefs for photographer & crew, including internal needs and key dates
  • Create seasonal campaign pre-production schedule and manage post production schedule
  • Manage style outs and fittings with stylist & talent
  • Assist in communications with talent agents
  • Partner with styling assistant on all aspects of wardrobe
  • Act as lead producer for other brand campaigns including licensing shoots (fragrance, Lenox and Fossil) and social & digital campaigns.
  • Manage all aspects of these licensing shoot including booking photographer, styling, talent, set/props, studios/locations
  • Manage budgets per shoot and work within guidelines of briefs
  • Negotiate fees, terms, usage and contracts
  • Schedule pre-production and manage post production
  • Partner with styling assistant on all aspects of wardrobe
  • Partner with AD, "client' and project manager to execute shoot
  • Manage schedules and budgets to ensure all photo shoots and projects are completed in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Partner with internal creative team and external vendors to facilitate post-production for print and video editing needs. Includes image retouching comments, follow up on technical specs of print production, purchasing stock imagery, footage, and music.
  • Facilitate art buying negotiations and contract development with various artists and new talent.
  • Research and suggest new talent such as photographers, stylists, illustrators etc for photography needs in addition to other brand activities, including PR events and product design collaborations.
  • Provide assets for company presentations and corporate meetings, advise on costs and usage for brand content and negotiate extended usage terms as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role, in industry
  • 5-7 years of relevant industry experience
  • Ability to multitask and focus in a busy work environment
  • Photo retouching a plus
  • Comfortable with working with others on a team
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills a must
  • Mac proficient
  • Knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
