**REMOTE ANYWHERE IN US** Customer Service Representatives

MUST HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS & AT HOME WORKSPACE

Department: Phone Intake

  • Overview:
  • Start Date: 10/5/2020
  • Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Call center/customer service experience within office setting
  • Upbeat, outgoing personality; ability to lead with empathy
  • Professional phone etiquette and demeanor
  • Shift:
  • Training Schedule: M-F 9:00am-5:30pm (3 weeks)
  • Normal Schedule: M-F 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Compensation: $16.35/hour + $1,000 bonus check
  • Equipment supplied (i.e. dual monitors, hard drive, keyboard and mouse)

Department: Client Services

  • Overview: The Client Services is responsible for approximately 50-60 inbound/outbound calls per day to eligible patients for home care plans. Collect, interpret, verify and process all necessary data for initiation and termination of care and services provided.
  • Start Date: 10/5/2020
  • Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Healthcare background required
  • Heavy customer service/call center experience
  • Upbeat, outgoing personality; ability to lead with empathy
  • Professional phone etiquette and demeanor
  • Shift:
  • Training Schedule: M-F 9:00am-5:30pm (3 weeks)
  • Normal Schedule: M-F 11:00am-8:00pm
  • Compensation: $16.35/hour + $1,000 bonus check
  • Equipment supplied (i.e. dual monitors, hard drive, keyboard and mouse)

Department: Patient Advocate

  • Overview: The Patient Advocate is responsible for reaching out to patients (approximately 50-60 calls per day) recently discharged from the hospital in order to schedule an initial assessment call with a Nurse Coach.
  • Start Date: 9/28/20
  • Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Sales experience within a call center/customer service environment (i.e. insurance plan sales, internet/cable provider services, back office in a car dealership, etc.)
  • Upbeat, outgoing personality
  • Professional phone etiquette and demeanor
  • Shift:
  • Training Schedule: M-F 9:00am-5:30pm (3 weeks)
  • Normal Schedule: M-F 11:00am-8:00pm
  • One weekend per month required
  • Compensation: $17/hour + $1,000 bonus check
  • Equipment supplied (i.e. dual monitors, hard drive, keyboard and mouse)
