Macy’s Media Network is looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our growing team. The seasoned Senior Campaign Manager will join our Advertising Operations team to support the successful delivery of campaigns. This is a sales and client support role with an analytical component for a detail oriented individual with the capacity and desire to succeed in high growth environment. This role is responsible for the tactical day-to-day management of client campaigns with a focus on optimizing performance and revenue. The Senior Campaign Manager will oversee campaigns across all MMN offerings: onsite (display, sponsored products, etc.), offsite (programmatic, social, etc.). He/She will work closely with the MMN Sales, Account Management, Client Analytics and broader Ad Operations team to coordinate and ensure campaigns are delivered in full to meet client goals and objectives. The Senior Campaign Manager will oversee ad ops execution and campaign management including contracts, overseeing media plans for accuracy, trafficking, reporting, optimization, analysis and budget reconciliation. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

Support the overall success of campaigns from the point of contract signature through invoicing.

  • Ensure that campaigns are set up and executed according to our client contracts.
  • Coordinate and/or project manage trafficking, QA & launch all of ad creative (static, rich media, HTML5 & 3rd party tags).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery and technical issues.
  • Daily review and analysis of programs to ensure full delivery while optimizing performance.
  • Provide input on campaign analysis and budget reconciliation.
  • Coordinate the inputs from cross-functional stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Provide Sales with campaign insights and recommendations to improve performance and pacing.
  • Proactive communication with all stakeholders to ensure client success and maximize revenue.
  • Work closely with Media Planning to maintain a strong feedback loop.
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. 


  • 10+ years’ experience in a campaign management/support role in the digital media space.

  • Experience with online ad-serving technologies such as GAM, DV360, MediaMath.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mathematical Skills:

  • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and analytical skills.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Strong analytic, strategic and problem solving skills.

Physical Demands:

  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.

  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

  • May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time. 

  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.

  • May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.

Other Skills:

  • Understanding of the digital marketplace, advanced targeting tactics, data management platforms, and tag management solutions.

  • Proven organizational skills and flawless attention to detail - precision is a must.

  • Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to function both independently and as part of a team.

  • Technical aptitude and ability to converse clearly with internal and external clients.

  • Proactive thinker who maintains a positive attitude.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate knowledge of Excel.
