Our client, a prestigious law firm with an office in Times Square, NYC is looking to hire a Temporary Business Development Assistant. This opportunity requires someone to commit for a minimum of 3 months with a strong likelihood of extension with the possibility of perm if the fit is there. The Business Development Assistant ("BD Assistant") provides support to our client's Business Development ("BD") Teams. The BD Assistant provides core support to a number of client development efforts including, but not limited to: core team initiatives, proposals and RFPs, internal presentations, webinars and events, and thought leadership. The BD Assistant also helps to maintain marketing collateral material, assists with web page and bio updates, and assists with the processes for surveys, league tables and rankings. The BD Assistant works with the Team to track ROI for key events and other BD activities. These projects often involve working with different functional areas of the Marketing Department, other firm departments, and all levels of firm's personnel from partners to administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have exposure to business development, marketing, communications, digital marketing, RFP, proposal, as well as very strong computer skills with multiple databases & background in excel. BA, BS or equivalent is required, 3+ months experience (co-op, internships, entry-level experience) in marketing, and in a professional services environment strongly preferred. This firm is remote until May 2021 and will provide laptop upon hire. The hours are 9am - 5pm with limited overtime. Paying up to $25/hr DOE.
