Job Summary
We are looking for an outstanding Finance & Operations Vice President to take on a number of financial and operational responsibilities that are critical to scale Company.
Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-day
- Implement Finance and Operations best practices across the company
- Second founders to ensure the business runs smoothly
- Finance
- Support annual budgeting and planning process
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Perform financial analysis to support product strategy
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Partner with our accounting firm to produce financial reports
- Analyze and present financial reports, communicate financial statements
- Operations
- Develop and maintain sales incentive program and business KPI
- Partner with GCO and leadership to source and maintain required business services and relationships
- Onboard new employees and maintain personnel files
- Administer company benefit programs, including health benefits, 401K
What We’re Looking For
The right core skills
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role or in high-caliber business environments including investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds
- Highly organized and can successfully manage multiple work streams across different functions
- Excellent business acumen built on years of experience
- Strong quantitative and verbal skills with high attention to detail and a low tolerance for failure
- Excellent communicator with the ability to explain your processes, logic, and decisions
- Not above doing any task that needs to be done to support the company

- Experience in B2B finance or technology industries
- Advance accounting or finance degree
